Job Description

Stenzo Tech is on the lookout for a talented Data Analyst to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for interpreting and analyzing complex data to support decision-making processes and drive strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments to gather data requirements, create reports, and deliver actionable insights. Responsibilities

·       Analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can benefit the organization.

·       Create detailed reports and visual presentations for stakeholders.

·       Collaborate with different teams to resolve data-related issues and improve processes.

·       Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure data integrity.

·       Assist in the development of data-driven strategies and recommendations.

·       Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
