Data Analyst

Jobsolutionsai is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to provide valuable insights and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for process improvement, as well as develop and implement data collection systems and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze large data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights
• Develop and implement data collection systems and strategies to optimize data quality and accuracy
• Conduct statistical analysis to identify correlations and relationships between variables
• Use data visualization techniques to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimize business performance
• Monitor and maintain data quality, integrity, and security
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
• Proficient in data analysis tools and software, such as SQL, Python, R, or Tableau
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and presentation skills
