Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, quality assurance, or evaluation
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to assess service quality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Familiarity with customer service metrics and evaluation tools
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and develop improvement strategies
