Goodyear Belts by Adventry Corp. is seeking a dedicated Customer Service and Logistics Representative to join our team in the industrial and automotive industry. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating the logistics of product delivery. You will work closely with our sales team, warehouse staff, and external carriers to ensure timely and accurate shipment of our products. As a Customer Service and Logistics Representative, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization and make a positive impact in the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external carriers to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Resolve any issues or complaints regarding orders, shipments, or product quality
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets
  • Assist with inventory management and maintain stock levels at optimal levels
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance customer service and logistics processes

Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer service and logistics roles
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and logistics coordination
  • Ability to resolve customer issues in a professional and efficient manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and logistics software is preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree is a plus
