Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional Courtesy Patrol with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout Florida. We have openings at our Estero Florida location.

Estero, Florida

Schedule: Saturday 6pm-11:30pm & Sunday 6pm-12am

Pay: $16.00/hour

Responsibilities

• Complete tours of property
• Issue any warning notice to vehicles violating parking rules.
• Close down pool at sunset
• Remain vigilant in the courtesy patrol office.

Requirements

• Ability to build positive relationships with high level of interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment
• Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality
• Must be able to lift boxes up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to work and stand on your feet for several hours
• Dependable, punctual and able to work flexible working hours
• Must pass comprehensive background checks
• Support the organization vision, mission and core values of the company
