We are looking for an experienced Contracting Acquisition Manager in the USA to sign up with new hotels and increase the number of direct bookings while increasing the property's online visibility. We promote properties to millions of users in 220 countries through our Extranet.
Requirements
What you'll do:
- Conduct in-depth market analysis and research to identify potential growth opportunities in assigned destinations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive activities and market demands to inform contracting strategies.
- Utilize extranet tools and negotiation skills to contract directly with hotels to ensure favorable terms, rates and inventory allocation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners to maximize mutual benefits and enhance our competitive position.
- Negotiate competitive rates, discounts and value-added amenities with hotel partners to secure preferred pricing for our clients.
- Ensure contracted rates are in line with market demands and customer expectations while maintaining profitability for the company.
- Manage the entire contracting process from initial negotiations through contract execution and renewal.
- Ensure that all contractual agreements are accurately documented, compliant with company policies, and effectively communicated to relevant stakeholders.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, operations, and product teams, to align contracting efforts with business objectives and customer needs.
- Provide regular updates and reports on market trends, contracting activities, and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to hotel contracting, including privacy, antitrust and industry standards.
- Mitigate potential risks associated with contract negotiations and maintain a thorough understanding of contract terms and conditions.
Who you are:
- Relevant experience. 3+ years of experience in the online travel industry, preferably in hotel contracting, with a strong background in negotiating contracts and agreements with accommodation partners/suppliers. Familiarity with revenue management principles and strategies is also required.
- Education. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- API. Familiarity with API functionality and integration.
- Tech-savvy. Experience with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, especially Excel. Experience with metrics analysis and technical proficiency with OTA platforms, channel managers, and data analysis tools.
- Analytical skills. Capable of working with databases and good with numbers to interpret data and metrics related to hotel performance and booking trends.
- Negotiation skills. Secure favorable terms and rates with hotel partners and detail-oriented to ensure the accuracy of contract terms.
- Personal skills. Ambitious, team player, eager to learn, proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with hotels and internal teams, as well as excellent organizational skills to manage multiple hotel contracts and agreements simultaneously.
- International mindset. Adaptability to multicultural environments, reflecting our global presence.

- Language Proficiency. Native English; Spanish and other additional languages are advantageous.
- Business trips. Up to 30% of working time may involve visiting suppliers or attending events. Having your own car is crucial.
- Location. Greater Orlando, Los Angeles, or Las Vegas area.
- Work Permit. Must be a US citizen; unfortunately, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship.
