Full Job Description
We are a Fort Myers-based Metal Frame, Drywall, and Stucco company looking to add a Schedule Administrator to our office staff. This is an entry-level position and previous experience is not required, but some construction office experience is preferred. Duties include, but are not limited to:
-Receive daily schedule updates from field superintendents
-Update schedules accordingly
-Order necessary materials when directed
-Email and/or call superintendents with clarifications and questions when necessary
Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
No nights, no weekends.

Requirements
Must have experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Excel
Must have excellent phone and email communication skills
Must be well organized and have a strong attention to detail
Benefits
Starting wage of $16-18/ Hour depending on experience.
