About the Role
Our client, known for their unwavering commitment to client service and quality in construction defect cases, is expanding their Orlando team. They seek an attorney dedicated to delivering top-notch legal counsel, advocating for clients’ interests, and achieving meaningful results.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee a variety of construction defect cases from start to finish, managing litigation and settlement discussions.
- Offer expert legal guidance to clients, safeguarding their rights and ensuring effective representation.
- Conduct in-depth research on construction laws, regulations, and precedents to strengthen case strategies.
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to develop robust case plans.
- Draft and review critical legal documents, including complaints, motions, briefs, and construction-related contracts.
- Ensure all practices align with local, state, and federal construction law requirements.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Active Florida law license.
- At least 5 years of focused experience in construction defect law, demonstrating a record of favorable case outcomes.
