Responsibilities:

• Confer daily with customers by telephone or in person to adhere to client needs, resolve conflict, and provide solutions
• Create quotes for commercial repairs and follow up on the quotes to ensure repairs are being made as expected and in a timely manner
• Track availability and inventory of repair parts coming from the distributors
• Work closely with Pool Technicians and Pool Maintenance Mechanics regarding quotes and repair statuses
• Review Department of Health reports ensuring all items are corrected prior to re-inspection
• Serve as the point of contact and communicate with Property Managers, Board Members, and Department of Health Inspectors to cultivate positive relationships
• Submit parts for warranty

A Pool Trooper is someone who can recognize problems before they arise, be able to multitask high priority jobs, has strong communication skills, is detail oriented, and a self starter!

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in sales, account management, or customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent, required
• Some college is a plus!
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus!
• Knowledge of commercial pool equipment and DOH requirements is a plus!
• B2B experience, required
• Position is full-time Monday-Friday working out of either our Ft. Myers (2992 South St. Fort Myers 33916) or Tampa (5015 W. Waters Ave, Tampa 33634) offices.
