Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of all interior and exterior areas of the yacht.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks such as washing, polishing, and sanitizing surfaces and furnishings.
• Ensure all passenger areas, bathrooms, and crew quarters are tidy and well-presented at all times.
• Execute daily and seasonal cleaning schedules, adjusting as necessary based on guest needs.
• Inspect and restock cleaning supplies, notifying management when inventory is low.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning duties to the management crew.
• Collaborate with crew members to uphold high cleanliness standards during guest charters and after trips.

Requirements

• Prior experience in cleaning, preferably in the hospitality or maritime industry.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to excellence in cleanliness and presentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties over long hours and in various weather conditions.
• Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per the needs of the yacht.
