Children's Coach

Join us and make a difference in children's lives everyday! We are looking for someone to be an important part of our growth at the start up level. You will be having a positive impact on the children in your community. You will start as an Assistant Coach working directly with the Gymnastics Director . The goal will be to expand your coaching experience and grow into a Lead Coach and hopefully, Program Lead.

Responsibilities:

- Provide gymnastics coaching to students of various ages and skill levels
- Develop and implement training programs to improve gymnastics skills and techniques
- Create a safe and supportive environment for students to learn and grow
- Conduct warm-up exercises, stretching routines, and conditioning drills
- Demonstrate proper form and technique for gymnastics movements
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing feedback and guidance for improvement
- Plan and organize gymnastics performances
- Supervise, and train Assistant Coaches
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to ensure a cohesive training program
- Maintain equipment and ensure a clean and organized gymnasium

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about gymnastics and have a desire to help students achieve their goals. If you have the necessary skills and qualifications, we invite you to join our team as the Gymnastics Instructor.

Requirements

- Ability to effectively communicate with students, parents, and staff members
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and inspire students
- Previous or related disciplines such as cheerleading or physical education preferred
- Knowledge of SafeSport, and safety guidelines preferred
- CPR/AED certification preferred
- Experience working with children or in childcare settings is highly desirable
- Ability to climb, swim, and perform physical activities associated with gymnastics coaching is beneficial
