RELO assistance will be provided.
Seeking an entrepreneurial, hands-on CEO to lead and grow our real estate client as if it's your own. You will have full P&L responsibility and be accountable for the company's overall operations, growth, and financial performance.
Key duties include:
- Developing the strategic vision for the company and leading execution of short and long-term plans
- Making high-level decisions on new products, services, partnerships, and other growth initiatives
- Directly managing a small team of managers overseeing operations, marketing, finance, HR, etc.
- Overseeing budgeting, financial planning, and ensuring sound financial management
- Serving as the face of the company and managing external partnerships and relationships
- Promoting an ownership culture and motivating the team to achieve business goals

Requirements
Qualifications:
-10+ years of multi-family real estate experience
-Minimum 5 years of Sr. Management role
-Bachelor’s degree in business management, accounting, or finance
