As we expand our operations, we are seeing a highly effective Call Center Manager to lead the team we call Customer Experience Representatives (CERs)!
This team is the front line of communication with our customers, from the initial point of contact through the follow up. They sell, schedule, dispatch, and maintain relationships with customers, industry partners, and field technicians. This team currently consists of 3 employees working remotely in the Orlando area.
Starting salary between $50,000 and $70,000 Annually, depending on experience!
This is a full-time, fully remote position with planned in person meetings and company wide gatherings. Must reside in the Greater Orlando area. We will provide a computer for business use and any related technical support.
Our ideal candidate would have previous experience in call center or customer service management in the home service industry, strong leadership and team management skills, the ability to innovate within their department for the overall success of the team.

Requirements
- 2+ years of previous experience in a call center or customer service management role within the home service or related industry.
- Proficiency in Field Service Management software and technology, Google Workspace Suite and common business applications. The ability to learn, adjust, and train others on software applications.
- Must reside in the Greater Orlando Area
- Familiar with the use of hand & power tools
