We’re looking for professionals to represent AT&T who can quickly absorb and retain product knowledge. Customer Service Representatives will handle inbound calls for AT&T FirstNet "first responders" providing customer care to help resolve issues, perform account reviews, and a GREAT customer experience. If you are passionate about taking care of people and have a working knowledge of tech products, we can't wait to work with you!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Provide inbound customer service for AT&T business First Responders.
• Resolve issues and consistently provide a great customer experience.

SHIFT:

Training: Monday - Friday 9 am - 6 pm ET (4 weeks)

Nesting: Monday - Friday 9 am - 6 pm ET(2 weeks)

Production: Monday - Friday 9 am - 6 pm

Requirements

• Excellent communication and written skills
• Professional telephone etiquette
• Passionate about resolving issues and creating a great customer experience
• Ability to handle high-stress situations and escalated issues
• 1-2 years retail or customer service/call center experience is an asset
• Knowledge of Mobility and Data products is an asset
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
