Business Development Specialist - Inside Sales - Part Time

City Wide is seeking an outgoing and determined individual to join our fast-growing sales team as a Business Development Specialist. Well-qualified candidates are competitive by nature, motivated by sales commissions, have a disciplined work ethic, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.

The Business Development Specialist plays a critical role in providing our sales team with qualified business prospects. In addition to base pay, the position offers full training, commissions, and a possible path to a full-time Sales Associate position with full benefits for a high-producing individual The primary functions of this inside sales role include outbound telephone and email prospecting to generate qualified appointments for the sales team, and accurately recording all prospecting data in the CRM system.

We are looking for an individual who is interested in joining a small, but growing team in a rapidly expanding business. Successful candidates will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and a strong and consistent work ethic.

Requirements

Experience prospecting (Cold Calling) in a high-volume sales environment

• 1-3 years sales experience preferred
• Energetic, assertive personality

• Engaging, professional phone manner
• Can-do individual who enjoys a challenge
• Ability to engage prospects through a consultative sales approach
• Highly organized and results-driven
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance goals
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
