About the Role
We are currently seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth for City Wide Facility Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve revenue targets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
Requirements
- Previous experience in business development or sales - including phone sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (preferred)
Benefits
$20 per hour + commissions with opportunity for advancement if desired.
