Business Analyst - Gainesville, FL

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Gather and document requirements from stakeholders for new projects and initiatives.
• Data analyst and knowledge in data management.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and reports on business performance.
• Collaborate with IT and operations teams to design effective solutions and implement improvements.
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders on key performance indicators.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for team members and clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with the energy industry is preferred.
