Requirements:
- 7+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Agile Systems Implementation experience
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Training and experience in requirements development and use case development
- Self-starter, be engaged, curious, and follow through.
- Solid requirements gathering
Responsibilities:
- Building test cases, helping users complete successful and thorough UAT test sessions and approve application setup with confidence
- Analyze and understand the requirements for the Healthcare platform Improvements project and compare vendors propositions with requirements.
- Test and compare the product developed by the vendor(s) with the initial requirements.
- Ability to operate in a quickly pacing agile environment and communicate with case managers and administration, software vendors and understand development approaches and technology.
- Analyze current and new workflows/processes and positively communicate with staff.
- Maintaining relationships with internal staff, department/organizational leaders, and stakeholders.
