Full Job Description

As a Bookkeeping/Office Administrator at Awesome Motive, you will manage our company's day-to-day financial tasks, prepare month-end reports, track deposits and expenditures, handle company documents, and provide administrative support to the organization.

Common responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Provide financial bookkeeping services for the various divisions.
  • Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets.
  • Reconcile financial statements.
  • Post journal entries and assist in general ledger duties.
  • Assist in administrative tasks. 
  • Prepare and send month-end reports.
  • Bookkeeping tasks, including updating financial reports such as projections and budgets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ Years of experience in bookkeeping/office administration.
  • Office management experience.
  • Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures.
  • Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, and Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets), Desktop and online versions of QuickBooks.
  • Detailed oriented. 
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors.
  • Excellent customer service skills & problem-solving skills.
  • Be ready to work individually and occasionally with a few team members.

Location
This role is based in our office in West Palm Beach, with the option to work from home on some days. Office hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm ET.
