Bookkeeper/ Account Receivable - MarTech Agency

OneIMS Group, a leading MarTech Agency, is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Bookkeeper/Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts receivable, and supporting the overall financial operations of the company. The ideal candidate will have strong bookkeeping skills, familiarity with accounting software, and excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records by recording day-to-day financial transactions.
• Process and reconcile accounts receivable transactions
• Generate and send customer invoices
• Follow up on overdue payments and manage collections
• Prepare financial reports and statements
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing
• Support the finance team with various accounting and administrative tasks

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or Accounts Receivable Specialist
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software, QuickBooks preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to make calls to collect payment and professional manner
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is a plus
