Seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of passionate professionals. As a BCBA, you will utilize your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis to assess, design, and implement effective behavior intervention plans that meet the unique needs of our clients.
Your role will involve conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized plans, and collaborating with families and staff to monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary. Responsibilities
- Conduct functional assessments to identify behavioral challenges.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans based on data analysis.
- Provide training and support to families and caregivers regarding behavior management techniques.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and interventions.
- Stay current with best practices and advancements in behavior analysis and mental health care.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Experience in providing ABA therapy, preferably in clinical or educational settings.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to formulate data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and families.
- Knowledge of ethical practices in applied behavior analysis.
