Title: Benefits Coordinator & HR Specialist

O2B Early Education is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Benefits Coordinator & HR Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's employee benefits program and providing HR support to our dedicated team.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, dental insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits
  • Educate employees about the available benefits options and assist them with enrollment, via email and phone contact
  • Coordinate with our third party insurance vendors, to assist with answering questions and providing guidance to employees
  • Maintain accurate employee records related to benefits enrollment and changes
  • Conduct Zoom interviews alongside the Hiring Specialist/HR Team
  • Support employees in utilizing additional benefits available to them, such as PTO, scholarships, etc.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
  • Prior experience in benefits administration or HR support role (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits regulations and compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to assist with one early morning and one late afternoon interview each week
  • Ability to travel out of state for occassional hiring events
