Are you a highly motivated and talented junior Associate Attorney looking for direct training and a challenging opportunity at a prestigious law firm? P.S.E.C. Inc. is seeking a skilled individual to join its Florida Litigation Partner's esteemed team. As an Associate Attorney, you will work closely with our partners and senior associates on a variety of litigation matters.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Manage discovery process, including e-discovery
- Prepare for and attend court hearings, depositions, and trials
- Assist with case strategy and client communications
- Collaborate with team members on case assignments
Requirements:
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active Florida state bar license
- At least 6-months of experience in litigation, no more than four years post JD tenure.
- Demonstrated knowledge of civil procedure and evidence rules
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
