About Our Client

Our client is a leading law firm renowned for its commitment to excellence and client-focused approach in the construction defect sector. With a robust presence in Orlando and a reputation for delivering outstanding legal solutions, they are expanding their team to include a dedicated Construction Defect Attorney who shares their passion for justice and quality service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a diverse portfolio of construction defect cases from inception to resolution, including litigation and settlement negotiations.
  • Provide expert legal counsel to clients, ensuring their rights are protected and their interests are effectively represented.
  • Conduct thorough research on construction laws, regulations, and precedents to build strong cases.
  • Work closely with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to develop and implement case strategies.
  • Prepare and review legal documents, including complaints, motions, briefs, and contracts related to construction defect claims.
  • Ensure all legal practices adhere to local, state, and federal regulations governing construction law.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in the state of Florida.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience specializing in construction defect law, with a proven track record of successful case outcomes.
