Full Job Description

At RideNow Powersports, our success depends on providing the best customer service in the industry! We are a leader in the powersports retail industry, offering a wide range of products and services to our customers. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Service Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the service department and ensure the success of all processes and operations.
  • Supervise and train service department staff to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality.
  • Monitor and track the performance of the service department, including productivity, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
  • Maintain a strong focus on service upsells and exceed sales goals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure all service repairs are completed within the designated time frame and meet safety standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in the powersports service field.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a service department, preferably in the powersports industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using service management software and other computer applications.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of powersports vehicles, parts, and accessories is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and motorcycle endorsement.
