Position Overview:

The position’s main responsibilities will be to assist in handling all post-Closing efforts, particularly portfolio management efforts to monitor and avoid loan defaults and maturing loans and mitigate against repurchasing of sold loans. The Asset Management Analyst communicates cooperatively and effectively with borrowers and servicers and works closely with the Director of Asset Management and Post-Closing team to review, address and resolve necessary post-closing, servicing, and portfolio management matters. 

 

This is a full-time employment opportunity working in our Boca Raton Headquarters Office.

 

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • College degree preferred, generally in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field. 
  • 1-3 years of servicing or asset management experience 
  • Positive attitude, high energy, extremely organized, excellent communication skills and self-motivated.
  • Must take initiative and be solution oriented.
  • Attention to detail coupled with high demands. 
  • Ability to work in office on a full-time schedule, with some flexibility on work hours in order to respond to company clients/customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage delinquent monitoring – advise the legal team of potential delinquencies 
  • Proactively monitor potential repurchases and provide transitioning support as necessary 
  • Manage End of Term Monitoring, including monitoring maturing loans and handling loan extensions. Work with borrowers, servicers, capital partners, and LendingOne’s Corporate Counsel, and any other third parties necessary to prepare and authorize as appropriate. 
  • Communicate and coordinate with servicers, collateral and capital partners and other counterparties regarding various post-closing and servicing items as necessary.
  • Communicate as necessary with internal team members, cross departmentally, to obtain/provide requested information and assist in resolving various post-closing and servicing issues, primarily alongside various legal team members
  • Interface directly with borrowers on matters associated with post-closing items or other servicing requests, providing strong customer service/support. 
  • Handle miscellaneous internal/external post-closing and servicing tasks, such as collateral supervision, loan boarding, clearing loan sale exceptions, various escrow and other miscellaneous property-related issues, etc.
  • Escalate to management all unresolved issues, when appropriate.
