Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead and support a variety of design projects, ensuring they are completed with precision and within schedule.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Crafting innovative design solutions in partnership with the design team.
- Producing detailed architectural drawings and comprehensive documentation.
- Managing project timelines to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
- Collaborating with contractors, consultants, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Ensuring strict compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other relevant regulations.
- Conducting on-site visits and surveys to support project objectives.
Requirements
- A degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
- 5–10 years of professional experience in the architectural field.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and related architectural tools.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in commercial or hospitality projects (preferred but not required).
- Texas architectural licensure (a bonus, though not mandatory).
