Appointment Setter

Peaceful Paws Memorial Services is currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Appointment Setter to join our team. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient scheduling of appointments for our funeral services.

In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining our services, and scheduling appointments based on their needs and preferences. You will be the first point of contact for clients and must maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor at all times. Your strong communication and organizational skills will be essential in effectively coordinating with funeral directors and ensuring that all appointments are properly scheduled and documented.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to schedule appointments
• Explain our funeral services and answer any questions or concerns
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all appointments
• Coordinate with funeral directors to ensure availability for appointments
• Follow up with clients to confirm and remind them of their scheduled appointments
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company in a professional manner
• Handle any scheduling conflicts or changes to appointments in a timely manner

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service or telemarketing role preferred
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Empathetic and compassionate with a professional demeanor
• Proficient in using computer systems and software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible schedule and able to work evenings and weekends as needed
