Full Job Description
Responsible Administrative Assistant needed to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support primarily to our human resources and leadership team, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Payroll preparation and process support
- Answer phones and greet visitors
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for leadership team
- Schedule and coordinate staff, customer, and vendor meetings
- Schedule travel arrangements and lunches for the team.
- Collate and distribute mail
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
- Special projects for leadership team
- Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
Requirements
- Excellent customer service ability on the phone and in person.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Strong organizational Skills
- Ability to work on multiple tasks at one time
- Administrative abilities (typing, filing, etc.)
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Maintain company confidentiality.
- Mid-level Microsoft Excel and Word skills. Strong professional communication skills both written and verbal.
