Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and accurate reporting.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and assist with month-end closing activities.
- Prepare financial reports and assist in budget preparation and forecasting.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation as required.
- Support various financial projects and initiatives to improve efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders regarding financial issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Administrator, Finance Administrator, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote setting.
