Qualitest is looking for Test Lead to join our growing team in Miami, FL (onsite).

Job Description:

• Develop Test Strategies: Create comprehensive test strategies that integrate both manual and automated testing processes tailored to project needs.
• Automation Frameworks: Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
• Lead Testing Teams: Manage and lead testing teams, providing guidance and support to ensure effective execution of test plans.
• Tool Selection: Identify and implement appropriate automation tools and technologies to enhance testing capabilities and outcomes.
• Script Development: Write, review, and maintain test scripts to ensure thorough coverage and adherence to quality standards.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee all aspects of testing to ensure software functionality, performance, and security meet or exceed the established standards.
• Bug Tracking: Manage defect tracking and resolution processes, ensuring all identified issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze test results and generate detailed reports to monitor the effectiveness of testing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
• Mentoring and Training: Mentor junior testers in automation practices and techniques, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.

Requirements

3 Must have:

• Lead the testing team
• collaborate with customer and deliver the project per the plan
• Guide the team in setting-up automation framework
• Selenium & Java
