Shift: Full Time Days (7a-7p), rotating weekends)

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for effectiveness and adverse reactions.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and recovery processes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with established clinical standards.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Must-Have Requirements to be Considered:

• A minimum of 1 year of acute care nursing experience in a hospital setting
• Valid state RN license or compact license
• ASN/ADN required;
• BLS certification is required; additional certifications may be a plus
