Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in an acute inpatient unit.
- Work closely with physicians and healthcare teams to create and implement personalized care strategies.
- Assess and monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform necessary procedures.
- Educate patients and their families on care plans, health management, and recovery.
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality improvement initiatives within the hospital.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to advance nursing practice.
Requirements
Key Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of acute nursing experience is mandatory
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- A valid Florida State RN license or equivalent compact RN license is required
- Current BLS certification; ACLS certification is a plus
