Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in an acute inpatient unit.
• Work closely with physicians and healthcare teams to create and implement personalized care strategies.
• Assess and monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform necessary procedures.
• Educate patients and their families on care plans, health management, and recovery.
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality improvement initiatives within the hospital.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to advance nursing practice.

Requirements

Key Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of acute nursing experience is mandatory
• Associate's Degree in Nursing
• A valid Florida State RN license or equivalent compact RN license is required
• Current BLS certification; ACLS certification is a plus
