Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in an acute inpatient environment.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and assist with various medical procedures.
- Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding care plans and health education.
- Adhere to hospital policies and maintain high standards of patient safety and care.
- Participate in continuing education and training programs to enhance clinical skills.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of RECENT acute nursing experience is required in the ER
- Current RN license in Florida or a compact state
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred
