Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in an acute inpatient environment.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and assist with various medical procedures.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding care plans and health education.
• Adhere to hospital policies and maintain high standards of patient safety and care.
• Participate in continuing education and training programs to enhance clinical skills.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 year of RECENT acute nursing experience is required in the ER
• Current RN license in Florida or a compact state
• Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred
