15k Sign On Bonus - Registered Nurse CVICU

Corporate Talent Resources LLC is thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU), featuring a $15,000 sign-on bonus! Join our client’s dedicated healthcare team and provide specialized care to critically ill patients with cardiovascular conditions. In this role, you will assess, monitor, and implement care plans tailored to meet the complex needs of cardiac patients. The CVICU is a dynamic environment where teamwork and effective communication are vital, and your expertise will make a significant impact on patient outcomes.

Shift: Full-Time Nights available (7p-7am, rotating weekends)

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered, monitoring for effectiveness and side effects.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families throughout the care process.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with clinical standards.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and staff development activities.

Requirements

Must-Have Requirements to be Considered:

• A minimum of 1 year of acute inpatient hospital work experience as a Registered Nurse
• Valid state RN license or compact license
• ASN/ADN required
• BLS/ACLS certifications are required, other certifications preferred
