Corporate Talent Resources LLC is thrilled to offer an incredible opportunity for a Registered Nurse in the Medical-Surgical department, complete with a $15,000 sign-on bonus! Join our client's dedicated healthcare team and provide compassionate care to patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury. In this role, you will assess patient conditions, develop and implement care plans, and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Shift: Full Time Nights (7p-7am, rotating weekends)

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for effectiveness and adverse reactions.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and recovery processes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with clinical standards.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Must-Have Requirements to be Considered:

• A minimum of 1 year of acute care RN experience (MUST BE WITHIN THE LAST 3 YEARS)
• Valid FL RN License of Multi-State Compact RN License
• ASN/ADN Required
• BLS certification is required; additional certifications may be a plus
