Mindfulness Instructor

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Mindfulness Instructor to join our team at Impact Life. As a Mindfulness Instructor, you will be responsible for guiding individuals in developing mindfulness practices to promote overall well-being and personal growth.

Your role will involve teaching mindfulness techniques, facilitating meditation sessions, and providing guidance and support to individuals on their mindfulness journey.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of mindfulness principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to help others improve their mental and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate mindfulness classes and workshops for individuals and groups
• Assist individuals in understanding and practicing mindfulness techniques
• Provide guidance and support for individuals on their mindfulness journey
• Create a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore and cultivate mindfulness
• Offer tools and strategies to help individuals integrate mindfulness into their daily lives

Full time Monday through Friday day position, with occasional nights and weekends as needed. Position primarily located through out various locations in Sussex County with the ability to connect with our New Castle County locations virtually.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mindfulness Instructor, Meditation Instructor, or similar role
• Deep understanding of mindfulness principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathetic and compassionate nature
• Strong listening and observational skills
• Ability to create a safe and non-judgmental space for clients

Education Requirement

• High School Diploma or GEO Required

• Certification in mindfulness or related field is preferred

Transportation Requirements

• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, as this role involves travel between multiple locations within Sussex County, DE.
