Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
• Conduct analysis of business processes and workflows
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions
• Create and maintain detailed business process documentation and user guides
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive effective implementation of business solutions
• Conduct user acceptance testing and provide support during system deployments
• Assist with data analysis and reporting as needed
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in business analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques
• Experience with process modeling and documentation
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
