Role & Responsibilities:

Lead and manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and strategic alignment.
Develop and implement comprehensive business, marketing, and brand strategies.
Oversee creative executional elements and tactics throughout the year.
Drive brand creative, web development, digital and social media campaigns.
Manage traditional advertising and collateral development projects.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Monitor industry trends and integrate innovative solutions for clients.
Possesses strong business acumen and B2B marketing experience.
Exhibit excellent writing skills for social media posts and identifying new opportunities.
Lead brand initiatives in line with strategic goals.
Develop and promote collateral campaigns to drive positive results.
Manage SEO, web marketing, creation of direct marketing tools, and vendor relationships.
Prepare marketing strategies and lead campaigns to generate new business.
Gather and analyze data, and create engaging content to capture a target audience.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in account management within a marketing or advertising agency.
Strong leadership skills with a focus on client relationship management.
Expertise in business, marketing, and brand strategy development.
Knowledge or expertise in web coding and development is a huge plus.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
At least two (2) years of agency experience.
Strong technical and communication skills.
BS in marketing or communications.
Excellent software skills, with HTML knowledge and video production a plus.
