Position Summary:
The Senior Marketing Manager- Digital/Social will have a demonstrated talent for brand building and digital storytelling via earned, owned, and paid media integrations. This individual will manage the brand voice and implement it across all consumer touchpoints to achieve targeted KPIs for brand awareness, growth, engagement, and sales.
Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
Digital Strategy & Implementation:
o Develop, implement, execute & consistently manage the seamless digital marketing strategies and content planning.
o Leverage audience data for informed strategy development.
Content Generation:
o Manage & execute the creation and publishing of inspiring, on-trend content.
o Develop compelling content that resonates with the audience.
Data, Analytics, and Effectiveness:
o Report on digital marketing performance (ROI and KPIs).
o Optimize spend and performance based on trends and insights.
o Evaluate consumer experiences across channels.
o Research topics to appeal to the audience and generate engagement.
o Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Social Media Management:
o Lead and execute social media strategies to increase traffic, sales, and engagement.
o Manage the social media content calendar.
Community Engagement:
o Interact with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
o Provide customer support as needed.
Brand Advocacy:
o Build relationships to cultivate brand advocates.
o Encourage user-generated content and positive interactions.
o Implement strategies to grow the online community.
o Attract new followers and increase engagement rates.
Social Listening:
o Monitor social media and eComm sites for mentions and trends.
o Use social listening tools to gather insights and identify engagement opportunities.
Brand Ambassador Management:
o Collaborate with brand ambassadors to create and promote content.
o Manage ambassador projects and content, especially during peak seasons.
Content Creator Management:
o Work with Creator Agency Partners to identify and manage Celebrity, Macro, Micro and Nano content creators.
Crisis Management:
o Handle negative feedback and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues when necessary.
Email and SMS Marketing:
o Develop and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns.
o Segment audiences and tailor messages to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
Digital Advertising:
o Work with digital agency to create and manage digital ad campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads).
o Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
Team Player:
o Team-player mindset and willingness to collaborate to achieve company goals. Strong team building skills and ability to motivate others
