Grove School, a leading educational institution in the field of Education Management, is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing and coordinating schedules for our faculty, staff, and students. You will ensure that classes, events, and other activities are efficiently scheduled and communicated to all stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has exceptional organizational and communication skills.


Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain an accurate master schedule for faculty, staff, and students
  • Coordinate and schedule classes, meetings, and other activities, considering availability of resources and participants
  • Organize and communicate schedule changes to all relevant parties
  • Work closely with department heads and administrators to allocate resources and resolve scheduling conflicts
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of schedules and timely delivery of services
  • Monitor and track attendance, ensuring accurate record-keeping
  • Prepare and distribute schedule reports to management and other stakeholders
  • Assist in the development and implementation of scheduling policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Proven experience in scheduling and coordination
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to analyze and resolve scheduling conflicts
  • Knowledge of scheduling principles and best practices
