Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching target audiences.
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly performance targets and KPIs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in telemarketing or cold calling, preferably in a sales environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive abilities and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
