RN Emergency Room Travel

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and passionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as an Emergency Room (ER) Travel Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Assess, triage, and provide initial medical care to patients coming into the emergency room
• Administer medications, treatments, and medical procedures as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patient progress and vital signs, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement personalized care plans
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, preventive care, and follow-up plans
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely in electronic medical records
• Adhere to hospital policies, protocols, and infection control guidelines to ensure patient safety

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an ER nurse
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Flexibility to travel and work in different healthcare settings across the country
• Proven ability to remain calm and provide efficient care during emergency situations
