J.P. Kempf is hiring an experienced Service Manager to help lead and grow our team!
Starting Salary of between $85,000 and $100,000 depending on experience!

Requirements
- 2+ Years of Field Service Management Experience (in the HVAC/R industry)
- Ideal would be someone with experience on the commercial/industrial side
- Must be highly customer-care oriented
- Experience with Excel and full Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Must be proficient with managing service agreements, dispatching, and team planning
