With over 20 years of experience in Connecticut and New York, we have recently expanded to Naples, Florida.
We are looking for passionate individuals who are eager to work as part of a team dedicated to positively impacting the lives of our clients. As a Physical Therapy Aide, you will play a crucial role in assisting patients with their rehabilitation journeys. This position is ideal for those interested in pursuing a career in physical therapy, occupational therapy, nursing, personal training, nutrition, or other health and wellness professions.
Key responsibilities:
- Work closely with patients throughout their Optimal Health journey
- Create a welcoming and safe environment for patients to receive care
- Assist and motivate patients in exercise programs
- Set up and prepare exercise equipment
- Observe and monitor patients during treatment
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of treatment rooms, clinic floor, and equipment
- Scanning and maintaining patient documents in our EMR system
- Perform administrative tasks such as checking in patients, scheduling appointments, and answering phone calls
- Follow all facility and organizational policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Physical Therapists and support team

Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Development
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Passion towards health and wellness
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
- Computer literate, experience with data entry preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English language
- Attendance and punctuality are critical
- Effective time management skills
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and some Saturdays
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
- Customer service experience is a plus
