Full Job Description
Performance Optimal Health is seeking a passionate and highly qualified Personal Trainer to join our team. As a Personal Trainer at Performance Optimal Health, you will have the opportunity to work with clients who are dedicated to improving their health and well-being. Our holistic approach focuses on the Four Pillars of Optimal Health - exercise, nutrition, recovery, and stress management. You will be responsible for conducting thorough fitness assessments, designing individualized programs, and tailoring programs to clients' fitness levels and health conditions. Additionally, you will monitor clients' progress, explain safe and proper use of gym equipment, lead training sessions, and build positive relationships with clients. We are currently looking for someone to start Part-Time and transition into Full-Time.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in a related field, national recognized certification as a Personal Trainer, and experience in safely and effectively fitness training clients. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team are also essential. Requirements
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in a related field
- national recognized Certified Personal Trainer certification
