JOB DESCRIPTION - 

OCM/Process Re-Design Lead - leader in the analysis and redesign of process in conjunction with technology enhancements, structure communication, and change management, with experience motivating through action and words digital adoption, process redesign and internal and public communication.   

In support of Connecticut’s Department of Developmental Services, “CTDDS” requires an experienced Organization Change Management leader with an understanding of application and data migrations, modernization efforts, strategic enterprise communications both internal and public, end-user communication expert, experienced creating and managing an OCM &communication playbook

  • Candidate should have experience working with HIPAA constrained data elements and be familiar with EHR, EMR, eligibility, case management or claims processing
  • Candidate should have 5+ years' experience working as part of an enterprise PMO with exposure to standard program and project tools, metrics, creating dashboards, project schedules, status reports, meetings agendas, etc.
  • Candidate should have a blend of communication, IT, budget and reporting skills
  • Experience in change management - should have been a part of at least 2-3 large scale change management implementations supporting COTS implementations. Should lead end-to-end change management implementation lifecycle on a transformation program and have experience with process re-design in support of new technology platform implementations and acceptance
  • Experience in change management and employee experience in projects including building change management strategy/roadmap/approach, stakeholder engagement and management program, change impact analysis, culture assessment, user engagement, readiness assessment, training strategy/need assessment/plan
  • Practical client experience including planning, design and delivery
  • Delivering change management and training programs in a wide variety of contexts including
  • OCM experience around COTS Implementations would be preferred
  • Understanding of standard project methodologies and change
    interventions during project lifecycle phases. Nice to have experience on
    PROSCI or any other change management approach
  • Nice to have OCM certifications if any such as PROSCI, APMG etc.
  • Good understanding on IT, HR, Finance functional processes and
    transformation in general
  • Excellent skills with PowerPoint, Excel and analytical approach
  • Ability to work and team with people across functions, sectors, locations
  • Good analytical, judgement, tact and decision-making ability along
    with critical thinking skills
  • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
  • Excellent time management skills to ensure ability to deliver
    work-products of the highest quality and overcome risk and issues to ensure timely delivery
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills 
  • Technology driven change management experience

Requirements

Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Process Re-Design experience

Experience leading Enterprise Platform Modernization Efforts

Experience leading AT LEAST 2-3 end-to-end large-scale change management implementations supporting COTS implementations.

Experience working as part of an enterprise PMO.

Proscii or similar Formal OCM process experience

Experience negotiating and influencing

Leveraging established change management methodologies and tools to execute plans and support implementation and adoption of new ways of working.

Designing & delivering effective change management strategy, approach & plans working with the project & client team for the transformation program

Working with senior leadership to create alignment in order to support program success

Designing and develop holistic change management strategies that articulate how change will be managed throughout the project lifecycle

Identifying and deploying communication and stakeholder engagement tools and techniques

Delivering programs that support agile/iterative transformation

Conducting stakeholder, readiness, & impact assessments, communication design & execution, training plan design & facilitation for change management.

Designing and delivering material utilizing the various channels of communications to drive awareness, education and engagement across organization.

Designing, developing and roll-out communication strategy and materials

Working with various relevant stakeholders to build change management understanding and ensure buy-in

Experience working with HIPAA-constrained data elements familiarity with EHR, EMR, eligibility, case management or claims processing

Excellent oral, written and presentation skills are CRITICAL for this role   

Experienced with Prosci change management methodology

OCM certifications such as OCM certifications if any such as PROSCI, APMG etc. (include dates each cert was obtained on resume)
