Medical Receptionist / Phlebotomist

Our client, a new men's health practice in West Hartford, is looking to add a Medical Receptionist / Phlebotomist to their team. The Phlebotomist / Receptionist will be responsible for:

• Scheduling and confirming appointments for testosterone replacement evaluations, erectile dysfunction consults, follow up lab work, and other services via phone or text
• Fielding questions, orders, and membership updates from patients via phone or text
• Reaching out via text and phone to current and past patients and offering new and exciting specials
• Serving as the liaison between front desk and clinical staff
• Maintaining professionalism and treating patients with respect while creating a welcoming environment
• Phlebotomy (blood draws) of patients as needed

The position will be Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 8am-5pm

Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Requirements

• Successful completion of a Phlebotomy program required
• Minimum 1 yr Phlebotomy experience required
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
