**Job Opportunity: Outdoor Maintenance and Boat Handling**
**Position:** Outdoor Maintenance and Boat Handling Assistant
**Location:** [Yacht Club Facility Location]
** Rate: $12/hr to $18/hr
**Description:**
Are you someone who thrives in the great outdoors? Do you enjoy hands-on work and being part of a team? We have an exciting opportunity for individuals who are outgoing, energetic, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team in preparing our yacht club facility for the upcoming 2024 season. This role involves a variety of tasks including unwrapping boats, painting decks, boat cleaning, general yard and maintenance work, and assisting in the recommissioning of our facility.
**Responsibilities:**
- Unwrapping boats and preparing them for the season.
- Painting decks and other outdoor surfaces as needed.
- Assisting in the removal of boats from storage and their proper placement.
- Performing boat cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure they are in top condition.
- Engaging in general yard and maintenance work to keep the facility clean and organized.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.
**Requirements:**
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week) from April 6th until Thanksgiving.
