We are excited to welcome a new group of trainees to our exceptional team for a 90-day program starting in January 2025!

Commit to a 3-month in-house Technical Training Program designed to provide hands-on experience in:

  • Our customer service approach
  • Active Directory user and group management
  • Printer and peripheral installations
  • New desktop setups
  • Office 365 administration
  • Basic server maintenance and administration
  • Customer network audits
  • First-level security incidents (phishing, SPAM, Dark Web alerts)
  • Computer imaging
  • Respond to client tickets via phone or email

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support with administrative and general office tasks.
  • Assist with ongoing IT services and projects, including on-site deliveries and drop-offs.
  • Image laptops and desktops for inventory.
  • Help organize the office and support team members to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Learn to navigate our ticketing system, which is essential to our business operations.
  • Complete self-paced technical training materials and certifications.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Must be available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week for the full 90-day period.
  • Associate, Bachelor’s, or Graduate degree in Information Technology, or equivalent hands-on experience in a help desk or related environment.
  • Strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
  • A valid driver’s license in good standing is required
